What's the difference between Core and Custom?
Core covers defined, repeatable AI workflows — chat automation, knowledge bases, integrations. Custom is open scope: complex pipelines, novel architectures, and problems that don't have an existing template. If you're not sure which fits, just reach out.
Do you work with early-stage startups?
Yes. We've worked with teams at all stages. What matters more than headcount is whether you have a real problem to solve and the will to move quickly.
How does the discovery call work?
It's a 30–45 minute conversation to understand your situation and whether there's a fit. No pitch deck, no hard sell. We'll ask questions, you'll ask questions, and we'll figure out together what makes sense.
Can you build something that doesn't exist yet?
That's mostly what Custom is for. We don't need a prior art or a case study. If the problem is real and the approach is technically sound, we'll scope it together.
